The Basics

Most Frequent Questions

There are 3 possible answers here, always just 3:

  1. If you placed your order and did not yet pay for it (if you use Interac e-Transfer), it’s waiting for payment, Please follow the instructions in your email inbox and pay for your order so we can ship it to you.
  2. If you placed your order and paid for it, it’s either on its way to you or getting ready to be shipped. Please check your inbox for tracking number.
  3. If you placed your order, paid for it, and got the tracking number — the shipping processor (Purolator or others) is currently delivering it straight to you! Check the tracking number, it has all the latest information.

If you paid for your order and did not receive the tracking number or any other details, please reach out to us via [email protected], we’re always ready to help.

If your order status is “Processing”, yes, we did receive your payment, and your order will soon be shipped to your address.

Sometimes it takes payment processors a few hours to confirm your payment. No worries, your order is OK and will be shipped to you as soon as we confirm the payment. 

If you pay with Interac and don’t add your order number to your payment, we won’t know what the payment is for. We can match it with your order manually, though. Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll resolve the issue as fast as we can.

We do not have a “security question and answer” set up in Interac, so if you see this message — it’s most likely that you’re sending money to a different address, not us! Please double-check the email from payment instructions.

About Payments

We have two payment options at Dollar Smokes:

  1. Interac eTrasfer
  2. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

We do not accept any other options. No crypto, no PayPal, no cash on delivery, just Interac and credit cards.

Well, first of all, we’ll get really sad and won’t process your order. But you have 48 hours to return and complete it, so it’s OK if you don’t complete the payment right away. Just don’t forget that it’s waiting for payment, because once two days pass, we’ll just cancel your order if it’s not paid for, and your smokes will return to storage shelves.

The answer depends on the payment method you prefer: 

  1. Credit card? It happens nearly instantly.
  2. Interac? Usually less than 2 hours but sometimes, at peak hours, it may take a bit longer. 

Most importantly, if your payment is NOT processed by the end of day 2 somehow, please get in touch, it means there’s a problem and we’d like to help you resolve it.

About Shipping

Are you in Canada? If you’re in Canada, then yes — we can. All provinces and territories included.

All of them, depending on the period, the location, and possible strikes (hi, Canada Post!) in the moment. Most of the time it’s one of these: UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or DHL. We’ll just choose the one that’s going to be the fastest for your location.

Yes, you should get it, please check your email inbox after payment. Your tracking number is sent to you automatically once your order is handed over to the shipping processor.

No, we don’t do international shipping, only Canada so far.
